New, barrier-free parking system at the Parkharfe in the Olympic Park
Here’s how it works: The barriers at the exits have been removed. In the future, vehicles will be automatically registered via license plate recognition—in compliance with data protection regulations—as soon as they enter the parking lot. Upon exiting, no ticket is required, and there’s no need to stop at a barrier; the vehicle can simply drive on.

The new process makes parking even more convenient and straightforward for visitors to the SAP Garden, while also making it easier to arrive and depart.”
Parking fees can be paid online via Arivo Pay
The new system also offers more flexibility when it comes to payment. A total of seven modern payment kiosks are available for cashless payments. Alternatively, parking fees can be conveniently paid online via Arivo Pay. And if you’re in a hurry after your visit to the SAP Garden, you can still pay your parking fees online up to 48 hours after exiting the lot.
The modern license plate recognition system and digital parking management also enable Rot Kreuz Betriebe (RKB), as the operator of the Parkharfe, to manage the parking area in a modern and efficient manner.
To assist visitors with using the new system as needed, RKB staff will be on hand to offer help and guidance. You can find all the information about the new parking and payment system here.
Also new: Designated Parking Areas for E-Scooters and E-Bikes
To better organize the parking of rented e-scooters and e-bikes on the premises and keep sidewalks clear, there are now two designated parking areas in the Olympic Park:

In the east: Spiridon-Louis-Ring at the corner of Lerchenauer Straße, in the parking lot of the Olympia Action Sports Center

In the west: Toni-Merkens-Weg, directly at the SAP Garden at the southwest entrance
Please use only the designated areas for parking e-scooters and e-bikes, and be sure not to block walkways, driveways, or paths. Look for the appropriate signage on-site.
