With us, you can skate all year round - even in summer -and our three underground ice rinks offer constant conditions, even when major events are taking place in the SAP Garden.
Important note: The number of people allowed on each ice rink is limited. It is strongly recommended that tickets are purchased in advance in the online ticket store to ensure safe admission.
Tickets can be purchased in our online ticket store every Friday from 14:00 for the next two weeks.
Normal ice skating
For all age groups (Mondays to Sundays)
For safety reasons, figure skating is not permitted during public ice skating.
Free skating
Figure skating for all age groups (Mondays to Sundays)
This exclusive offer for (advanced) skaters provides an additional training session under the best conditions. There is also the opportunity to continuously develop your skills and abilities with external, licensed coaches. Please note that no coaches or training sessions are offered.
Stick skating
For ice hockey players (Mondays to Sundays)
Schlägerlauf offers children, young people and adults the opportunity to play ice hockey outside of clubs. The focus is on fun, enjoyment and togetherness - not training or competition.
Checks and slap shots are not allowed and entering the ice is only permitted with protective equipment. Ice hockey helmets (mesh or full face), gloves and shin, knee and elbow protection must be worn. Other protective clothing is recommended.
A number of guidelines and rules apply to racket skating to ensure fair play. Please also note our racket run rules.
Ice dancing & figure skating
For adults only (Tuesdays)
Inclusive skating
Ice skating together for people with and without disabilities, standing and sitting, with and without support for young and old - with plenty of space on the ice and special consideration. The focus: togetherness and consideration.

Ice disco
Ice skating with music for all age groups (Mondays to Sundays)
Children between the ages of 6 and 13 must be accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years old) in order to participate. It is not permitted to bring or consume alcohol or narcotics in the SAP Garden.

The three ice rinks are used by the City of Munich from August to April, from May to July they are used by Red Bull Stadion München GmbH. Ice rinks can be rented from May to July. If you are interested, please send an e-mail to service@sapgarden.com.
The ice skating regulations apply to all public ice skating events. Some special guidelines and rules apply to racket skating to ensure fair play - see racket skating rules.

Visitor ticket

* Munich Pass holders, trainees, students, BFD / FSJ, severely disabled persons from GdB 50, pensioners, holders of the volunteer card ** Our visitor tickets allow all persons who wish to accompany ice skaters to the SAP Garden access to the ice park, i.e. admission to the three training halls in the leisure and popular sports area of the SAP Garden. Please note that the visitor tickets are only valid for the area described and are not valid for access to the multifunctional hall (also known as the bowl).
Location & access
The number of visitors (ice sports enthusiasts) is limited per ice rink. It is recommended to book tickets in advance in the online store. Please refer to the occupancy plan on the screens in the entrance area for the hall and cabin occupancy for your ice time.

You can access the ticket office via entrance E8.

You can access the ice rinks with online tickets via entrance E6.

Admission to the ice rink is 30 minutes before the start of each ice time, and 45 minutes before the start of the ice disco.

Ice skate rental & Warrior Shop
Ice skate rental
Ice skates can be hired in the SAP Garden. In addition to the standard ice hockey skates (sizes from 25 to 50), there is also a selection of figure skates (sizes from 25 to 43).
