Awareness Initiative
The Approach
Everyone is welcome to attend events at SAP Garden—regardless of their faith, background, skin color, or sexual identity. We take a firm stand against any form of discriminatory or inappropriate behavior. The Awareness program at SAP Garden is a voluntary support service for those affected and offers assistance to visitors in distressing situations.
Visitors have the opportunity to report incidents and receive support. The Awareness Team is on-site in the stadium area during events . Team members can be identified by their vests, which are labeled “Awareness.” The team complements the existing security staff and supports individuals who find themselves in an uncomfortable, stressful, or inappropriate situation. In emergency situations, visitors can, of course, contact security directly at any time. Security maintains close communication with the Awareness Team and will arrange for further support as needed.
Report an incident using our contact form
Would you like to report an incident? Then you’ve come to the right place.
If you’d like to report a situation or request assistance during an event, you can easily do so using a contact form. The form can be accessed via QR codes in the public restrooms on Levels 0 and 1, as well as through the SAP Garden website and the SAP Garden app.
The Awareness Team is available via the form from the time the stadium opens until one hour after the event ends. Outside of these hours, you can contact the team by email.
This service is generally available to all visitors and employees in connection with events at SAP Garden—regardless of the type of event or who the organizer is.
Regardless of the form, we ask that you continue to approach security and crowd control staff in case of immediate emergencies. Look out for yourself and others, speak up when boundaries are crossed, and don’t look the other way. Only together can we create a space where everyone feels comfortable and safe.
