Rexel Super Cup: All Event Information for the Handball Season OpenerImportant Information for your journey// EventsThis coming Saturday (August 22), the Rexel Super Cup will take place at the SAP Garden. You can find all the information about the matchups between the cup winners and the German men’s and women’s handball champions here.
The German champions and DHB Cup winners of the Opel HBL and the Alsco HBF will face off on August 22 to compete for the first trophy of the new season. In the women’s competition, HSG Blomberg-Lippe will take on Borussia Dortmund, followed by the men’s match between SC Magdeburg and Füchse Berlin.
The SAP Garden opens its doors at 1:30 p.m. at entrances E1, E3, E8, and E10 for VIPs. Both the “Henry” restaurant and the Red Bull Gaming Garden will be open during the event. The event begins at 3:00 p.m. with the first match.

Payment and Bags: What You Need to Know
All kiosks around the SAP Garden accept cashless payments only. Use our “Mobile Order” service in the SAP Garden app to avoid lines. This allows you to order food and drinks in advance and pick them up at the kiosk of your choice.
Only bags no larger than DIN A4 size may be brought into the arena. Umbrellas must be left outside, but small umbrellas are permitted. If you are carrying a larger bag, you can store it for a fee outside the arena, between E1 and E2.
Important Note on Getting There
You can reach the SAP Garden by car, MVV public transit, or bicycle. We recommend that all visitors to the SAP Garden use public transportation for their arrival and departure.
Due to construction work on Landshuter Allee, access by car to the SAP Garden and the Parkharfe is limited. Traffic jams and longer wait times may occur.
Access to the Parkharfe should be via the Georg-Brauchle-Ring only—passing through Block 19. Coming from BMW Welt, turn right onto the access road to the Parkharfe.

Tram “Olympiapark West” (20/21), 5–7-minute walk
Bus 144 – Toni-Merkens-Weg: Bus 144 stops right in front of the SAP Garden at the Toni-Merkens-Weg stop until 8:44 p.m. and connects the Scheidplatz and Rotkreuzplatz subway stations.

Bicycle: 600 parking spaces on the stadium grounds.
