After Füchse Berlin's historic title win on Sunday (June 8), one thing is clear: the newly crowned German champions will challenge DHB Cup winners THW Kiel, who qualified for the Handball Super Cup in mid-April by winning this year's Lidl Final4 for the DHB Cup. The men's match for the first title of the 60th season will kick off on August 23 at 6:00 pm.
The women will open the big handball day in Munich's Olympiapark beforehand: German champions, DHB Cup winners and defending champions HB Ludwigsburg will face runners-up HSG Blomberg-Lippe on August 23 at 3:00 pm. The match also marks the official start of the new season for the women - the first to be played under the new name Alsco Handball Bundesliga Frauen.

The Handball Super Cup will celebrate its premiere in the SAP Garden in 2025.
