Heavenly opening
The opening of the new SAP Gardens is a highlight for the sports city of Munich. To celebrate this occasion in style, 200 drones not only drew the opening date in the sky in a spectacular drone show on February 18, 2024. The SAP Garden Opening Game of EHC Red Bull Munich was also announced in a creative way.

Hinter den Kulissen eines Großbauprojekts

Players and officials of EHC Red Bull München as well as Hacker-Pschorr executives were amazed when the first pint was handed over to mark the official contract extension. The special feature: The filled beer mug floated in the hands of a slackliner above the future main playing area of the SAP Gardens. Hacker-Pschorr has been a well-known partner of ice hockey for decades. The long-term commitment until 2034 is a clear commitment to ice hockey in Munich and to the fans who share a love of the sport. The floating beer mug will not be the last sensational realization in this partnership.
