City of Munich rents first ice skating times// NEWSThe City of Munich has rented the first ice skating times in our arena. From August 1, 2024, the city will have access to around 7,900 hours on our three additional ice rinks. In addition, there will be 160 hours in the large bowl.A contract to this effect was finalized on Friday between the City of Munich and Red Bull Stadion München GmbH. The ice times will be used for school and club sports as well as public ice skating.

Mayor Verena Dietl: "Munich's ice sports enthusiasts can look forward to additional ice skating times in the new SAP Garden next year. We have already laid the necessary contractual foundations for this."
The 160 additional skating hours per season in the arena's main bowl are distributed in coordination with EHC Red Bull München and FC Bayern München Basketball depending on the match and training dates.
