FC Bayern Legends Cup comes to SAP Garden
The Beckenbauer Cup returns to Munich's Olympic Park in a new guise with the FC Bayern Legends Cup. This unique indoor tournament in the new year features a line-up of participants that is sure to set football fans' hearts racing. Good news for all fans: tickets for the event on January 18 at 3 p.m. are now available.
In this small-field tournament with a retro feel, FC Bayern Legends, including crowd favorites such as Franck Ribéry and Arjen Robben, will compete against top international teams from Real Madrid, Juventus Turin, Celtic Glasgow, Eintracht Frankfurt, and Borussia Dortmund. World champion Philipp Lahm will once again take on the role of coach for the FCB Legends and lead the team from the sidelines.

Philipp Lahm, coach of the FC Bayern Legends: "I am very happy to accompany the FC Bayern Legends as coach at the Legends Cup. Reuniting with former teammates and companions is always something very special – it brings back many fond memories. The tournament brings together many familiar faces from the world of soccer and offers a very special soccer experience. We want to inspire the fans with our enjoyment of the game and team spirit – and, of course, win the trophy at the end, just like we did at the Beckenbauer Cup."
As with the Beckenbauer Cup, the proceeds from the Legends Cup will be donated to a good cause.

Mode: Small field on artificial turf with LED boards
Playing time: 10 minutes per game (from the semifinals: 2×6 minutes)
Spectators can look forward to fast-paced games, spectacular goals, and genuine excitement – just like the legendary indoor tournaments of yesteryear.
The 2025 Beckenbauer Cup, held to mark the club's 125th anniversary and in honor of the late FCB icon Franz Beckenbauer, attracted 9,500 enthusiastic spectators. The team led by captain Giovane Élber won the final with a furious 4-0 victory over Real Madrid, featuring legends such as Iker Casillas and Pepe.
With the FC Bayern Legends Cup 2026, the German record champions are once again celebrating the history, personalities, and passion that shape the club – a tournament full of emotion, soccer culture, and unforgettable moments.
